Right from the moment I picked up the phone in regards to my furnace not working Jen was on it. Very helpful and informative. Not having heat I knew I had to be able to trust them. I had heat and a brand new furnace installed by the next day and am very happy with the service we got. Shawn and Jeff are very friendly and felt Comfortable about having them in my home. They are a great group of people and you would be happy with their service.

Hot Water Tank rental went, some issues not covered. Reached out to Shawn at Quality Home Services. Shawn ordered a high quality tank and installed with Jeff the next day. Improvements were made to code, up and running within a couple hours. Excellent service, great quality.

Fantastic Service. Needed service on a  weekend after hours and Shawn took the time to fix the issue. Would highly recommend Quality if you are looking for any HVAC service or install.

I am, again, so highly impressed with the service from Shawn, Jenn and Jeff at Quality Home Service. They are responsive and efficient, very friendly, and do excellent work. In the last 2 or 3 years, they have done both furnace repairs and Hot Water Tank replacement for me, both times able to respond quickly to emergency circumstances. Excellent service! You quickly resolved the issue with our air conditioning during the heat wave! Jeff came out same day and repaired our unit when we thought we would have to replace it. The service was outstanding and delivered with expertise. This family business provides peace of mind when you need it most.
