Excellent job done on the house and the garage. Went out of their way to make my husband happy (not easy to do since he was self-employed and expects the best). WELL he got it from Quality! They fixed up his garage in no time and was a reasonable price to boot. I will definitely share my experiences with my friends. Thank you Shawn, Jeff and Jenn for your fabulous services.

Shawn and his team do excellent work. They are great to work with and answer all my stupid questions. Very professional and are fairly priced. They offer a good maintenance program which helps me keep up on things with both my heating and cooling systems.

We are so thankful for the service we receive from Shawn, Jennifer and Jeff of Quality Home Services. Prices are good value and service is amazing. When we were stuck with a condemned furnace in our newly purchased home in fall of 2011 Shawn stepped in to help when the warranty contractor never showed up to scheduled appointments. They’ve been keeping things working ever since. Last week they installed a new furnace and central AC. The guys worked hard and put in a long day (our basement is only 4′ tall). Thanks Jennifer for processing warranty and rebates so quickly too. Nicest company we’ve dealt with in years!

Had issues with our a/c unit that was installed from another company. The other company wouldn’t return our phone call so I tried Quality Home Service. They answered right away and scheduled us in for a service call very quickly. The gentlemen working the service call arrived right when they said he would. He was very knowledgeable and thorough with fixing our problem. The price for repair was extremely fair and we were very pleased to have our a/c working properly again, I will definitely call them again for further issues or installations.

Shawn and his team recently tackled some duct work and installed a new air conditioner, hot water tank and furnace in our home. We were given an estimate of two days to complete the job but they ended up finishing in just one. The quality of their work comes as no surprise because we’ve been using them for years. We appreciate that they leave our home the way they found it; we don’t have to clean up inside or out. They’re professional, friendly and hard working. Thanks, guys!

I was referred to them thru a friend. They came out to give me a quote for a furnace and air conditioner. They thoroughly explained about each unit and why they were a good fit for my home. Also explained about the rebates available. I got quotes from other companies but realized the bigger companies were offering deals that were far beyond what I needed. I chose Quality Home Services and I am very happy I did. They are very personable, professional and I was very pleased with their work. There was literally no cleanup necessary afterwards. All the registering of serial numbers was taken care of for the rebates and they also followed up to make sure everything was working properly. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for furnaces, air conditioners, gas fire places, etc. You will not be disappointed!

Only one word is needed to describe the staff and service we received from Quality Homes Services, EXCEPTIONAL! Jenn was more than helpful and accommodating. We replaced our central air conditioner, Jeff and Brian who installed the unit, were friendly, professional and efficient and did an amazing job. We would not hesitate to recommend this company.
