I called Quality Home Services yesterday (and felt bad because it was after hours) because I realized after 6 p.m. that my temperature in the house was not cooling down. I checked and my air conditioner was not running so I placed the call. Jennifer DeCoste (one of the owners told me what to do to keep my house as cool as possible overnight and assured me that someone would come to fix it first thing in the morning. Jeff Parkin came and checked everything, explained the problem and replaced a part to get it up and running again. I thank them for the prompt, friendly, efficient and reasonably -priced service and highly recommend them. What an awesome group of people!
